Noticias e información en castellano sobre Bruce Springsteen

Hersheyposter The combination of an outdoors stadium and the rain doesn’t foresee a setlist full of rarities, but Bruce surprised everyone with a high intensity show in Hershey, PA.

The show kicked off with the blasting energy of «Clampdown» and «Badlands», and for an hour there was no stop rock’n’roll, including great versions of «Candy’s Room», «Roulette» (the song inspired in the 1979 Three Mile Island nuclear accident in Harrisburg, not far from Hershey) and the tour premiere of «Be True».

The Springsteen dug into his catalog to bring back to life some songs off his first two albums, with «The E Street Shuffle», «Lost in the Flood» and a solo-piano version of «For You», followed by a Darkness two-fer: «Prove it All Night» (with the ’78 intro) and «The Promised Land».

The rain appeared mid-show and brought «Waitin’ On A Sunny Day» (which was happily missing in the last six songs). The second half of the show included another 3 songs off The Rising: «Mary’s Place», «Lonesome Day» and the title track.

«Light of Day» closed the main set for the third night in a row, and the encores brought back an acoustic «Surprise, Surprise» followed by the amazing live version of «The Wall».

The American tour will come to an end this weekend with two shows in Uncasville (CT).
