Bruce arrived in Louisville after 4 days of live shows and appearances in a row, though he didn’t look tired and offered a strong show for over three hours. «Shackled and Drawn» opened a concert that featured the rarely performed «Streets of Philadelphia», followed by «Atlantic City», a strong «Because the Night» and «She’s the One».
«Growin’ Up», done by sign request, featured the 20-year old kid who asked for it onstage with Bruce to sing along. Next was the swing version of «Open All Night», ala Seeger Sessions, followed by the most festive moments of the night with «Darlington County» and «Waitin’ On A Sunny Day».
The encores featured the welcome comeback of «Rocky Ground», which needs to be a standard on the set list, plus another explosive «Rosalita».
