Almost incognito and wearing a baseball hat, Bruce Springsteen joinedBrian Wilson onstage last night at the PNC Bank Arts Center in New Jersey.
He sang backup vocals on «Barbara Ann» from the left side of the stage. Then he moved to the right side, took a guitar and played and sang vocals on the Beach Boys classic «Surfin’ USA».

Primero se situó discretamente en el lado izquierdo del escenario, junto al teclista, para hacer coros en «Barbara Ann». Posteriormente se dirigió al lado derecho y tomó una guitarra, para tocar y cantar «Surfin’ USA», uno de los grandes clásicos de los Beach Boys.
Brad Serling from Nugs.net announced today on E Street Radio the 5th concert that will be released as part of the Archive Series: a Born in the U.S.A. tour show recorded live at the Meadowlands Arena on August 5th, 1984.
This was the opening night in a much celebrated series of 10 shows at the Meadowlands Arena in East Rutherford (NJ) in August of ’84. Though it was the Born in the U.S.A. tour and the show features six songs from that record, Bruce was actually performing live for the first time the songs from the 1982 acoustic album Nebraska, and four of those songs appear on this show.
