Record Store Day 2018

This year’s Record Store Day (to be celebrated April 21st) features two Springsteen-related releases.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The first one is Springsteen’s own Greatest Hits album on vinyl, now reissued for the first time on red vinyl. The second comes from John Wesley Harding, who under the title Greatest Other People’s Hits has put together covers of songs by his favorite artists, including two Springsteen songs («Jackson Cage» and «Wreck on the Highway»), with the particularity of having Bruce himself performing with Wesley on the second one.

Este año el día de la tienda de discos se celebra el 21 de abril, con dos ediciones en vinilo relacionadas con Bruce Springsteen.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

En primer lugar, el propio Springsteen reedita el doble álbum Greatest Hits en vinilo, sólo que ahora en una edición especial en vinilo rojo. La segunda es un LP de John Wesley Harding, quien bajo el título Greatest Other People’s Hits agrupa versiones de sus artistas favoritos, incluyendo dos de Springsteen («Jackson Cage» y «Wreck on the Highway»), con la particularidad de que la segunda de ellas es una versión acústica en directo donde aparece el propio Bruce como invitado.
