Patti Smith, Michael Stipe y Bruce cantan juntos en Nueva York

Ayer se presentó el documental «Horses» en el marco del festival de cine de Tribeca. Tras la presentación estaba previsto que Patti Smith y su banda dieran un miniconcierto con algunas de sus canciones más emblemáticas.

Y así fue. Lo que no estaba anunciado era que Bruce Springsteen y Michael Stipe subirían al escenario para unirse a la banda de Smith. El primero en subir fue Bruce, para cantar «Because the Night», el tema que cedió a Smith en 1978 (y que ésta completó con estrofas propias y publicó en el álbum Easter). Posteriormente se les unió Michael Stipe para «People Have The Power».
