Bruce Springsteen rocks out in Asbury Park

In between Broadway performances Bruce Springsteen went back to Asbury Park to attend the See.Hear.Now Festival, a music & surf event organized by photographer Danny Clinch.

Sunday night he joined Social Distortion onstage for an intense 3-song, 15-minute setwhich ended with a long and hot version of Johnny Cash’s «Ring of Fire».

Springsteen vuelve al rock’n’roll en Asbury Park

Aprovechando una pausa entre su ajetreada agenda en Broadway, Bruce Springsteen se acercó el domingo a su querida Asbury Park, en esta ocasión para asistir al festival See.Hear.Now que organiza el fotógrafo Danny Clinch.

Una vez allí saltó al escenario durante la actuación de Social Distortion, la banda liderada por Mike Ness,  y rockearon durante un cuarto de hora (tres canciones, entre ellas «Ring of Fire» de Johnny Cash). Por un día Springsteen dejó la intimidad de sus conciertos de teatro para darse un (eléctrico) baño de masas en la costa de Nueva Jersey.
