Germany 2013 dates revealed

A handbill from German concert promoter Marek Lieberberg reveals there’ll be 5 Bruce Springsteen concerts in the country in 2013. There’s also rumours that a concert at the Stade De France in Paris for Saturday June 29th 2013 could be announced possibly today, with tickets on sale December 5th. Take it with a grain of salt, but it looks like an official announcement is immiment.

The «almost official» shows are (of course, pending the required official announcement from the Springsteen camp):

17 May: Manheim, Germany
26 May: München, Germany
28 May: Hannover, Germany
29 June: Paris, France
5 July: Mönchengladbach, Germany
7 July: Leipzig, Germany

17 Mayo: Manheim, Alemania
26 Mayo: Munich, Alemania
28 Mayo: Hannover, Alemania
29 Junio: Paris, Francia
5 Julio: Mönchengladbach, Alemania
7 Julio: Leipzig, Alemania

Denver

Last night’s show kicked off to the beat of Bob Seger’s «Get Out of Denver», followed strongly by «I’m A Rocker» and «The Promised Land». The set list did not bring much surprises as the show featured a very standard set, except for the sign requests that brought «Bishop Danced» (previoulsy performed only at the Newark show), «Savin’ Up» and «Human Touch».

The biggest surprise was the tour debut of John Hiatt and Ry Cooder’s «Across the Borderline», as first encore, which featured a full verse sung in spanish (as he did in 1993 at three shows in Spain). The tour takes now a week off, to return on Monday, November 26 with a concert in Vancouver.
