En una carta publicada hoy en la web oficial del artista, el manager de Bruce Springsteen, Jon Landau, responde a las falsas acusaciones emitidas recientemente por algún periódico de Nueva Jersey y representantes de agencias de reventa. Landau cuenta con claridad lo sucedido con las entradas de los dos conciertos de mayo en Nueva Jersey, y responsabiliza del fiasco, dando detalles, a Ticketmaster y su propia empresa de reventa, TicketsNow.
