Wolfgang’s Vault, the memorabilia store, has a 1973 Bruce Springsteen concert available to listen on their site. It’s the concert from Max’s Kansas City in New York recorded on January 31st 1973. This is the concert which provided the classic and well known performances of «Bishop Dance» (broadcast on the famous King Biscuit Flower Hour program and released on the 4CD box Tracks) and «Thundercrack» (released, on an edited version, in numerous bootlegs, including the classic Fire on the fingertips).
The recording includes the 6 songs from the early show, plus 2 from the late show on the same day. Apart from well known classics such as «Spirit in the Night» or «Does This Bus Stop at 82nd Street?», the show features rare and unreleased songs like «Saga of the Architect Angel» and «Song to the Orphans».

Wolfgang’s Vault, web especializada en conciertos y material de coleccionismo, ha puesto esta semana ha disposición de sus visitantes un concierto de 1973 de Bruce Springsteen. El concierto se puede escuchar via streaming. Se trata de un concierto grabado en el club Max’s Kansas City de Nueva York el 31 de enero de 1973. Este es el concierto del cual salieron las versiones en directo de «Bishop Dance» (emitida entonces por radio en el programa King Biscuit Flower Hour y posteriormente editada por Bruce en la caja Tracks) y «Thundercrack» (editada, aunque en una versión recortada, en numerosos bootlegs, incluyendo el clásico Fire on the fingertips).
Esta grabación incluye 6 canciones del primer concierto de esa tarde, y otras 2 del segundo concierto. Bruce Springsteen did not attend the 50th Grammy Awards ceremony which was held last night at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, though he won 3 of the 4 awards he was nominated for.
