Bruce joins Bryan Adams at the Invictus Games’ closing ceremony

Just a few days away from his Broadway debut, Bruce Springsteen flew to Toronto to participate in the closing ceremony of the Invictus Games. He delivered a solo acoustic performance that consisted of “Working on the Highway”, “The Promised Land” and “Dancing in the Dark”.

Bryan Adams was up next, and at the end of his show invited Bruce onstage to sing and play on two jubilant versions of “Cuts Like a Knife” and “Badlands”. Bruce has previously played the Bryan Adams song at a Rainforest Benefit in New York on May 13, 2010.

Earlier in the day they rehearsed the song acoustically and Bryan uploaded a video to his Instagram account.
