Philadelphia Special

Two nights, two shows, many surprises. Just 3 shows into the tour, Bruce has proved he can nail a show this early on the tour. If the first night had a great start but an uneven flow with some low points in the middle of the set (the trio formed by 'Brilliant Disguise', 'My Hometown' and 'Darlington County'), the second night featured a tremendous set list, combining old and new, classic and modern, and without any low points. Since the opening chords of 'Night' it was clear the energy level was really high, and Bruce delivered all the goods: 'The Ties That Bind', 'Prove it all night', 'Incident on 57th Street' (which was stunning and mind-blowing), 'Cadillac Ranch' (possibly his best, most rockin' version ever), 'Dancing in the Dark' and the usual, fiery versions of 'She's the One', 'Last to Die', 'Badlands' or 'Thundercrack'. It's just the third show of the tour, and it's as good or better than the best of the Rising tour gigs.

Check out the complete set lists.
