Double debut in Indianapolis

Indianapolis got no less than two tour premieres last night. First off, "Atlantic City" opened the show in a joyous full-band version. Later in the night, "Froggie Went A Courtin'" made its tour debut after a boy's request. "Rag Mama Rag" kept its spot in the encores
