The show in Portland opened with an unusual choice: the wonderful  «Land of Hope and Dreams«, followed by a rockin’ «No Surrender». Sign requests brought «Loose Ends» («Steven’s choice»), «Growin’ Up» and «Seeds».

The highlight was the rare and always magnificent «Drive all Night», and a powerful «Badlands» followed by «Thunder Road», closing the main set. For the encores Bruce played a solo guitar version of  «If I Should Fall Behind». «Rosalita» and «Santa Claus is Coming to Town» were encore highlights too.

El concierto en Portland se inició de forma inusual, con la estupenda «Land of Hope and Dreams» seguida de «No Surrender». A petición popular llegaron «Loose Ends» (elegida por Steve tras un curioso juego de Bruce con una ruleta creada por un fan donde la opción ganadora, no sin algo de trampa, fue «Steve’s choice»), «Growin’ Up» y «Seeds».

La guinda la puso la siempre enorme «Drive all Night», y el poderoso duo formado por «Badlands» y «Thunder Road» culminaron el concierto antes de llegar a la tada de bises, donde Bruce empezó tocando en solitario (a la guitarra) «If I Should Fall Behind». Ya con banda destacaron «Rosalita» y la ya fija «Santa Claus is Coming to Town».

Bruce Springsteen is back on the road for the final concerts of his 2012 tour, which will come to an end December 10th in Mexico City. Last night’s show in Vancouver, Canada, lasted a bit over three hours. The concert started with the impetuous «Shackled and Drawn», and Bruce pleased the fans by performing sign-requests such as «Red Headed Woman», «Streets of Fire» and «Racing in the Street».

Bruce Springsteen volvió ayer a la carretera, para empezar la recta final de su gira americana actual, que finalizará el 10 de diciembre en México. Ayer, en Vancouver (Canada) tocó durante poco más de 3 horas, arrancando con la impetuosa «Shackled and Drawn», y revisitando, gracias a los carteles del público, canciones como «Red Headed Woman», «Streets of Fire» y «Racing in the Street».
