Bruce actuará con la E Street Band en un club de Austin
El festival SXSW acaba de anunciar que además de tener a Springsteen como ponente en una de las muchas conferencias del mítico festival, el artista actuará también con la E Street Band en un pequeño local de Austin, para los asistentes a la conferencia del 15 de marzo de 2012. Entre los asistentes se hará un sorteo y los afortunados podrán asistir al concierto exclusivo de Bruce y su banda.
Para poder participar en el sorteo es necesario tener alguna de estas acreditaciones profesionales del festival: «Platinum Badge Holders», «Music Badge Holders», «Artist Wristband Holders» y los que tengan la acreditación «SXSW Music Wristband» conseguida via internet (no valdrá para quienes la compren in situ durante la semana del festival profesional).
Bruce and The E Street Band to perform small club gig at SXSW!
SXSW is extremely excited to announce that Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band will be playing a special show in an intimate venue for SXSW attendees on Thursday evening, March 15th. To determine who will be admitted to this show, SXSW will conduct a ticket drawing.
The following SXSW credentials are eligible to enter this drawing: Platinum Badge Holders, Music Badge Holders, Artist Wristband Holders, and those SXSW Music Wristband Holders who have already obtained their wristbands online (any wristbands sold during the week of SXSW will not be eligible). No other credentials are eligible to enter the drawing.
Springsteen plays surprise show in Asbury Park
Bruce Springsteen showed up by surprise last Saturday at the small club The Press Room in Asbury Park. The show was a benefit for Tony Strollo’s family (Bruce’s personal trainer, who died recently). Bruce joined Boccigalupe on stage and played a few soul classics («Soul Man», «Hold opn, I’m Coming») plus «Rosalita», «Tenth Avenue Freeze-Out» and a few others.

Bruce Springsteen apareció por sorpresa y sin previo aviso el pasado sábado en un pequeño club de Asbury Park, The Press Room. Allí se celebraba un concierto benéfico para la familia de Tony Strollo, el entrenador personal de Bruce, fallecido hace unos días. Durante la actuación de Boccigalupe Springsteen subió al escenario para interpretar grandes temas del soul, como el clásico «Soul Man», y temas propios como «Rosalita» y «Tenth Avenue Freeze-Out».
