With Robert de Niro and Matt Damon as hosts of the Gateway School Gala, Bruce Springsteen performed Saturday night at the Nokia Theatre in New York City. With a little help from Patti Scialfa, Springsteen played acoustic versions of “Bobby Jean”, “Adam Raised a Cain” or “The Promised Land”, along with piano versions of “For You” or “Thunder Road”.
